What MOX sends
MOX works on your PC without sharing data. Uploads start only for features you choose to enable.
Your choices at a glance
Without uploads: the tracker, Draft advice, and local statistics work even with all sharing turned off.
Optional uploads: Matches/Meta, Draft, Research, and ‘Decks in your account’ have separate choices in Options. Linking an account does not sync decks.
We do not send: passwords, chat, your name or Arena account, or hidden opponent information in game contributions. Your deck name is included only in private sync, if you enable it.
Public: aggregated statistics and, from 30 matches of the same variant, an exact decklist even if it comes from one installation. A recognizable list may be indirectly linked to a player.
To stop uploads: turn off each choice in MOX → Options → Data and privacy. You can request deletion there; you can export data from your account. The Privacy notice explains purposes, legal bases, retention, and rights.
What each feature shares
Matches/Meta: format, event, result, deck data, rank, and match details when available. Draft: set, event, offered cards, picks, pool, and deck suggestion when available. Research: observable facts from new matches, such as deck and sideboard, result, and your played cards. Decks in your account: decks and names in your private area.
Technical details
Each contribution uses a random technical identifier instead of the player's name. Complete Draft traces stay private; the site shows aggregates with minimum sample sizes. Incomplete or suspicious traces stay private for diagnostics and are excluded from aggregates.
In match data, the historical field apertura means the last hand observed in Player.log, not the opening hand. Public card images may be requested from Scryfall. Tickets without an account use Turnstile and a secret link; diagnostic reports are validated and any Player.log requires a separate action and consent. Provider and retention details are in the Privacy.
